- Woo Jang-shin lost his wife to leprosy and now, in his old age, he has contracted the same disease. He goes to live in a leper colony, but the supervisor there is stealing the donations of money and food for himself. Jeong-shin leads the patients against the corrupt administration....
劇情沒多少亮點，本可做cult，本可批判社會，但是都沒有到點上，實在浪費了麻風病這個題材。PS：韓國電影中的地景總是充滿陌生感。

- 剧情和演员都还不错，这主要归功于有许多社会热点案件来打底子，普法意义要远大于思辨意义。人物塑造挺讨喜，也有些扁平，相较于《警察荣誉》，多了些旋律，少了些地气。成毅在这里倒是让我刮目相看。
