- When the available evidence in a murder case points to a young woman as the main suspect, her boyfriend, a police detective, arranges for a struggling songwriter who is playing piano in a bar to be blamed for the crime. 即使没挂狮头也是MGM制造附体，既无紧张感又侮辱智商，凶手是谁一开始就再明显不过但片子居然把这个留着当反转。猜测男主原本找的是哪个歌舞片明星而不是Ayres，不然无法解释这些硬塞进去的唱歌段落。
